If relationships are a locked box, then communication is the skeleton key. On Thursday, April 29, 2010, the men will be asking, "do you want to understand me?" Join us as we present the third session of a relationship forum catered to the mission of connecting the African American Male with his world: Real Talk: African American Men Speak. The Real Talk series seeks to address the inherent need for effective communication measures in personal and professional relationships. The unique appeal of the forum is that it is not only presented through a dynamic true reality, professional panel; but also a male one, with the exception of a lady or two. This event is open to the public and will be held at the Tanzore Restaurant and Lounge, 50 N. La Cienega Ave., Beverly Hills, California. Tickets are $15.00 in advance and $20.00 at the door. Please RSVP at www.lwspecialevents.com Real Talk Page.
“Each life is a culmination of relationships, both failed and thriving,” says LaTonya Washington, Founder and CEO of LW Special Events Management. “All relationships can be separated into two categories: the ones that communicate and the ones that do not. This forum will exhibit the ways in which we can become better communicators in order to become better fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters, professionals, and friends.”
The Real Talk Series was developed as a vehicle to begin cultivating more effective communication between African American men and the world which surrounds them. The series is spearheaded by LW Special Events CEO, LaTonya Washington, and was first introduced in February of 2010. This event has become a signature series for the company, and we hope to see you there.
LaTonya Washington has decided to hide the list of guests.
