The song begins with keys laced over a beat of dripping sound effects.It also makes use of acoustic guitar. According to Brad Wete from Entertainment Weekly, the song "rivals the bump-'n'-grind heights of '90s Casanova crew Jodeci."  Steve Jones from USA Today called the song "salacious" and wrote that Brown is "taking it to the next phase." "Wet the Bed" climbed to #6 on Billboard's Hip/Hop and R&B charts.

This amazing singer/songwriter's determination and passion for music has earned him three #1 hits and has had a number of top 10's on the charts. Keeping busy for his next top hit Merritt is currently working with Willow Smith, Usher, Jason Derulo and reuniting with Cherly Cole.
